Following Article 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), on what information should be provided when personal data is obtained from the data subject, AIC EQUIP declares:

The personal data collected through the various forms on the website will be treated by AIC EQUIP in a confidential manner and with appropriate security measures. These forms allow for explicit consent, as required by Article 7 of the European Data Protection Regulation. AIC EQUIP will keep a record of that act of will of the user.

Furthermore, AIC EQUIP collects information about its browsing habits to facilitate access to the contents offered through the web, to analyse the use of services by users and visitors, to provide, manage, extend and improve the services and/or contents offered on the page, to adapt such services to the preferences of users, to design new services and for the management of incidents and the maintenance of the web page. This information may contain personal data, such as IP address, and will be treated by AIC EQUIP confidentially, with appropriate security measures and periodically cancelled on its own initiative.

AIC EQUIP, at the request of the user, will cancel and/or delete the data when it is inaccurate or incomplete. They should, on their own initiative, cancel and/or erase when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were requested or received, in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation, in compliance with the retention periods applicable to each type of information, in accordance with the applicable rules.

In the use for commercial communications of the data received, AIC EQUIP will abide by Articles 21 and 22 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, of the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, so that there is prior consent, or a legitimate interest of AIC EQUIP, based on a pre-existing commercial or contractual relationship.

AIC EQUIP is obliged to offer the data subject the possibility of opposing the processing of its data for promotional purposes by means of a simple and free procedure, both at the time of collection of the data and with each of the commercial communications. The user may express his opposition to the sending of communications by means of: a) the "unsubscribe" option contained in each of the received messages, b) a form of "administering preferences" on contents of interest, associated with each message, c) with an e-mail to info@aicequip.com indicating his wish.

The user will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by written reasoned letter to AIC EQUIP, SL, calle Felip María Garín 4 - 46021 Valencia/València, Spain, attaching a photocopy of his identity document. The letter shall contain: name of the user; request in which the application is given; home for the purpose of notifications; date and signature.

In addition, the right of data-holders to contact the Data Protection authorities, and in particular the Spanish Data Protection Agency, is recalled.
